SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

We are excited to bring a touch of nostalgia to your doorstep. To ensure a smooth and delightful shopping experience, please familiarise yourself with our shipping and delivery policy:

 

We endeavour to give you the best and most cost effective shipping rates available at the time of delivery.

 

Due to the nature of our business, we can only deliver goods on a weight based cost. This may change when better options become available.

 

At our discretion, we may also review and refund part of the shipping costs to our customers if we are able to find better rates not available at the time of your purchase and check out.

 

For a personalised and convenient delivery experience, you have the flexibility to choose and coordinate your preferred courier service to collect and deliver from our store

ManCave Retro Classics, located at 33 Pinjarra Road, Mandurah, Western Australia.

 

During the checkout process, simply click on the “Store Pick up” button. Following that, kindly fill in the courier details in the notes box, providing any specific delivery requirements you may have. 

 

We will promptly get in touch with you once your purchase is ready for pick up. 

This way, you have the freedom to manage the logistics of your order, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your schedule and preferences. 

 

Our shipment and delivery partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, Pack & Send, Couriers Please, Fast Courier, Sendle, TNT, DHL, and Uber

 

Delivery on Standard product orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post. 

If you are outside of their home delivery network they will deliver to the nearest post office and you will receive a card for collection.

 

Our couriers deliver week days only.

 

Please note all big and bulky products or oversized items are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices / Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.

 

Please allow 3 - 14 business days, depending on the delivery location.

 

Extra Fees may apply for oversized products and vary according to the size and weight of the item.

 

Fees to remote areas may incur extra delivery charges according to the location, size or weight of the item.

 

Should we be unable to arrange delivery to your location, we will arrange a refund for your order.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from ManCave Retro Classics containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call our store on 0437 706 036 or email us sales@mancaveretroclassics.com.au or using the contact us option from our online store.

 

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot.

Once your order has been delivered, ManCave Retro Classics accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

 

All goods purchased from ManCave Retro Classics come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any reasonably. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. 

 

If there is a problem with an item you have purchased from ManCave Retro Classics you can return it to us. Upon assessment, ManCave Retro Classics will offer a full refund or replacement if there is major problem with the item.  We may offer of a repair or replacement if the problem is not major.

 

You must provide us with your proof of purchase (e.g. your ManCave Retro Classics receipt, online tax invoice, credit card or bank statements).  Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.

 

Our change of mind returns policy set out below is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

 

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, ManCave Retro Classics will offer you a refund provided that:

 

You return the item within 14 days from the purchase date. After this period you may not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

You produce your original ManCave Retro Classics receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase when returning the item.

The item has not been used or damaged in any way including that:

It is in the original packaging, including any accessories and instruction manuals; and

It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.

 We reserve the right to refuse a refund for a ‘change of mind request’ if it does not comply with these conditions.

RETURNING GOODS BY POST

Please contact us on 0437 706 036 or email us sales@mancaveretroclassics.com.au and we can assist with the product return via Australia Post or courier service. Refunds associated with product returns occur once the product been received from the Australia Post or courier service and assessed in-line with the ManCave Retro Classics Returns Policy.

Postage costs and tracking associated with returned goods are the responsibility of the sender.

 

ManCave Retro Classics is not responsible for any postage costs associated with returned goods, except in cases where the items have been recalled or you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage to track your return as ManCave Retro Classics cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  Please contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel. 

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to process your return we may request and record your ID and personal information.

Any personal information you provide will be managed in accordance with ManCave Retro Classics policy which can be viewed online in our privacy statement.
